Comfort Fit Vest

Comfort Fit Vest. Pure white 100% cotton hand knitted sweater vest for men, in a classic, elegant v-neck style with simple white round buttons down the front, and moderate armhole openings finished with classic style ribbed edges. Called "comfort fit" because of the special knitting techniques used in the shaping, this custom knitted classic sweater vest is gently shaped at the bottom to be slightly more roomy across the stomach. Machine wash and dry.

The Comfort Fit sweater vest shown below was custom knitted for a gentleman who is a size medium across the chest and shoulders, but a size large across his middle. If you look carefully at the photo below, you will see that the front of the sweater vest is slightly wider across the bottom half than you might expect, and a little bit longer down the center of the sweater vest than at the sides. Actually, the custom knitted sweater vest is a full three inches wider across the bottom half of the front than a standard size medium would be. The back of the sweater vest does not have this added width. The special knitting techniques used in this garment ensure that the vest will button comfortably across the midsection, never stretching sideways to strain against the buttons or creep upwards in the center.

Best of all, the special techniques used in creating the classic custom knitted sweater vest are completely undetectable to anyone but the wearer. No one will know that the vest is a little wider and longer over the stomach area - although they may ask you if you have lost weight.

Your Comfort Fit sweater vest will be custom knitted just for you in your choice of 49 beautiful colors. With so many colors from which to choose, you just might have trouble deciding which colors to use for your own hand knitted design!

Depending on my work schedule, wait times can vary from a few weeks to several weeks during the winter holiday season. I will let you know when you can expect to receive your new garment once the order is actually placed.

Please note that there is a "Comments" section on the order form which you can use to give me any instructions you may have, such as "two inches extra width across the stomach" or "size small across the shoulders, and size medium across the stomach".
